Vita Italy, part of The Vita Group based in UK, manufactures and markets flexible polyurethane foam in the innovative 45,000 square meter plant. The management is formed by a young team that has pushed the company towards production efficiency and the achievement of optimal quality levels.

- An Inhouse Quality and Control laboratory guarantees the qualitative verification of the materials, from the design of the preliminary tests - through the verification of the various phases of the production process - up to the controls provided on all production batches before delivery to the Customer, to ensure compliance with the specified requirements and constancy of behaviour.
Accurate checks and quality controls, from raw materials to storage, guarantee our products are a perfect match to demand. - The laboratory has adequate equipment and ample space for the execution of tests of various types for the physical and mechanical characterization of materials.
- Density tests, compressive strength, indentation, elastic yield, resistance to static and dynamic stresses, and flame behaviour are just some of the tests.
